Quality Assessment of YouTube Contents regarding Hydroponic Technology

Purpose. The purpose of this study was to assess overall quality the YouTube contents regarding hydroponic technology. Methods. On YouTube, keyword “hydroponic technology” searched, and 393 were identified. A total 202 matched inclusion requirements which graded using a modified standard scoring scheme. panel six reviewers scored utilizing scheme evaluated likes, dislikes, views, duration contents. Content categorized based on quality, themes, publisher type, country, publishing year. To explore multiple comparisons, Kruskal-Wallis test applied ( P < 0.05 considered as statistically significant). Findings. We observed that significant portion content technology poor (52.5%). small medium (32.2%), with rest being good (15.3%). Depending variables such differed significantly. According video demographics, USA published most content, 2020 peak year for released. Majority produced by organizations an emphasis practical application. Conclusion. Despite fact contains wide range amount good-quality is still insufficient. Originality/Value. This report summarizes present scenario sets schemes disclose debate Furthermore, understanding viewing patterns will assist policymakers disseminate information effectively.
